Evergreen Collective Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging — and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions & Final Sale Items
For the safety, quality, and uniqueness of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Refills once placed in a container

  • Unpackaged goods

  • Ceramics and vintage items

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at eco.evergreenco@gmail.com so we can make it right.

How to Start a Return
Email us at eco.evergreenco@gmail.com to request a return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method once the return is processed.

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at eco.evergreenco@gmail.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
