Shipping policy

USPS Delivery Policy:

Shipment processing time USPS delivery orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, or on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery

We ship carbon neutral and use 100% upcycled packaging (sometimes this includes plastic, but we believe a second life is better than the trash!)

Evergreen Collective is not liable for any packages lost or stolen during shipping. We recommend contacting USPS to file a claim for any missing or stolen packages.
