Plant-Based Refillable Perfume

Hi Jozi, thank you for sharing your experience. I’m so sorry you had such a strong reaction to the perfume, and I completely understand why that would be upsetting, especially from a product you encountered at Evergreen.

I’ve reached out to the brand to get more information about the fragrance formulation and what is included under the term “fragrance.” When I chose this product, I looked at the brand’s use of phthalate-free fragrances, essential oils, fair labor practices, and sustainable packaging, which are all part of why I felt comfortable carrying it.

I’ve carried this product for over a year, and this is the first negative reaction that has been brought to my attention. That certainly doesn’t diminish your experience, but I think it’s important context as I look into the product further.
